Apply For New PAN through Mobile App (Form 49A: Physical/e-Sign /e-KYC)

Users now have the convenience of applying for a PAN card through the mobile app, using any of the available services - physical application, e-Sign, or e-KYC. The payment can also be made online. Users have the option to fill out the application offline, and will require an internet connection when selecting identity proof documents and submitting the application.

Apply for Change/Correction in PAN card (CSF: Physical/e-Sign /e-KYC)

Existing PAN card holders can easily apply for any change or correction in their PAN cards using the mobile app. They can choose any of the available services - physical application, e-Sign, or e-KYC. Users have the option to fill out the application form offline. However, an internet connection is required when selecting supporting documents (such as ID proof or address proof) and submitting the application form.

Other Services:

• Track Your PAN: Users can track the status of their PAN application after successful submission and receipt of documents at the nearest Regional office. The PAN application status will be updated within 3-4 days after submission.
• Download Forms: Users can easily download various forms related to PAN through this app. They also have the option to receive a download link for forms via email.
• Direct Payment: Users who have not made a payment while applying for a PAN card can use this option to make a direct payment at their convenience, using their application number.
• Direct e-Sign: Users can upload documents, authenticate Aadhaar, generate an e-sign, and resume their interrupted application process after successful payment. They also have the option to submit the application physically.
• Direct e-KYC: Users can upload documents, authenticate Aadhaar, generate e-KYC, and resume their interrupted application process after successful payment. They also have the option to submit the application physically.
